It's not just the time we spend shooting — it’s the planning, travel, editing, and the gear that makes it all possible. My rates reflect the full experience and care that go into making sure you walk away with photos you’ll treasure, not just pictures from a camera.

I know it can seem like it’s “just taking pictures,” but there’s so much more happening behind the scenes. From scouting locations that'll match your unique vibe, to guiding you during the shoot, to hours of editing afterward, I put a lot of care into making sure your photos feel like you. On top of that, I invest in professional gear, editing tools, and continued learning so your photos aren’t just pretty pictures — they’re memories you’ll want to hold onto forever.

I will be taking clients in Europe beginning in January 2027. Before then, I will be only accepting clients in the United States.

Time until photo delivery depends on which package you chose. For the Trailhead and Summit, you’ll usually get your gallery in 3-4 weeks, depending on my schedule, and I’ll keep you updated on expected completion time. The images come in a digital library, so you can print and enjoy them however you like.

The Expedition package varies per client. I will discuss and coordinate delivery for each booking.

I’ll also send you a few sneak peeks within the first week so you have something to hold onto while the rest come together.

Card, Venmo, or Cash are acceptable forms of payment.

If you need to cancel, you can do so up to 1 week before your session with no fee. If it’s closer than that, a portion of your session fee will be kept since I’ve set that time aside just for you. The closer we are to the date, the higher the fee. This will be reflected with specifics in the contract I send you once your session is booked.

If something unexpected comes up, like weather, illness, or an emergency, I’ll always do my best to reschedule as soon as possible.

I understand how those with uncontrollable schedules have to sacrifice their limited free time in order to attend a session.

Military, veterans, first responders, and nurses/hospital staff get 20% off session fees. Show your ID when booking, and we’ll turn your session into a little escape and a lot of fun.

Before your session, we’ll connect to plan the shoot and capture the vibe you’re dreaming of. We can talk about locations, outfits, and what matters most to you. Don’t stress if you’re unsure — I’ll guide you through every step, making the experience fun and relaxed while getting beautiful, meaningful images.
